  • A full refund will be issued only if the service has not been started within 5 business days of your order.

  • For partially completed services, partial refunds may be offered based on work already delivered.

  • For subscription-based or maintenance services, refunds are not available after the initial delivery unless agreed in writing.

  • All refunds are first credited to your PlusDigital.us customer wallet/account balance.

  • For refunds to your original payment gateway (e.g., card or PayPal), please contact support within 7 days.

  • Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to all services.
